A lifelong South Jersey resident, Marialena brings decades of experience from the home-building and development world into her real estate practice, offering clients a grounded, behind-the-scenes understanding of how properties are truly built, evaluated, and improved.
In 1985, Marialena and her husband, Joe, founded their construction company, working on custom homes, condominium buildings, and residential developments across Gloucester and Cape May Counties. Over the past 40 years, they have purchased, renovated, and developed both residential and commercial properties—experience that allows Marialena to quickly identify real issues, uncover opportunities, and help clients envision what a home can become.
Today, Marialena serves as a trusted liaison for her clients, coordinating with attorneys, builders, and other professionals to ensure nothing is overlooked. Known for her professionalism, transparency, and responsiveness, she offers honest guidance and steady oversight throughout every stage of the buying process.
Now based in Cape May, where she has lived for the past decade, Marialena has deep personal ties to the Shore, having spent summers with her family in the Wildwoods, Diamond Beach, and Cape May. She is proud to help clients confidently navigate their next chapter and find—or create—a home they truly love.
